 Red Snapper |

Up to 5kg but normally 500g to 1kg, 20 – 40cm long, most have a triangular shaped head, canine teeth, spiny dorsal fin and very tough large scales. Can be scarlet red or sunset pink, orange brown or grey. The skin retains some colour when cooked and the flesh is white and flaky. |
