 Product Specification
It is vitally important that final product specifications are developed and agreed
for the products we purchase and upon which our delivery QC is based.

The confidence and co-operation of our global supply partners is key to our long
term success and maintenance of Technical proficiency.
Packaging
We liaise with our suppliers to ensure packaging copies are sent to us for
approval prior to origination and printing. It is essential that packaging is checked and approved to comply with EU directives and import regulations.
Technical Central Database
Our Quality Management system is computer based. It provides access with a
transparent view of our operating policies, procedures and documentation.

We enjoy a strong relationship with Port Health Fishery officers and Veterinary Officers. We constantly discuss issues of quality and labeling on imported consignments.
Legislation
Through our membership of Trade organizations we are made aware of impending EU/UK legislation. This enables us to react accordingly to ensure compliance. We also liaise and seek advice on issues from relevant local enforcement authorities.

Ethical and Environmental
We support customer commitment to enhanced ethical trading standards and respect for human rights. The core principles of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) are included in our criteria for the supply of goods or services, especially from third world countries.
